Swen was born 1975 in Germany. He grew up to be a high performance athlete in swimming. Inspired by Bruce Lee movies he began to train martial arts.
While training martial arts like Karate, Kung Fu and Boxing, he felt more and more drawn to Taekwondo in which he began competing on a professional level.
In his years as an athlete and national coach, he celebrated great successes for the national association of Berlin-Brandenburg.
Due to his martial arts skills and expertise he booked small roles in German TV shows as stunt performer at an early 16 age.
While working on set with martial arts chorographers such as Donnie Yen, Jeff Imada, Chad Stahelski, David Leitch & Hiro Koda, Swen learned a lot about the work as a professional stunt performer and fight choreographer.
Alongside his appearances on TV, Swen performed in a couple of plays and gained valuable experience on stage.
In 2011 Swen was fight choreographer for the Bollywood action-movie “Don 2” in which he also worked as the main stunt double for Bollywood legend Shahrukh Khan.
Additionally to his work as choreographer, actor and stuntman, he studied sports science for his master degree (diploma) at the Humboldt University in Berlin. During his know how and expertise in sports make Swen an exceptional fight- and stunt- performance teacher for actors movie preparation.
